The First 100 days
We've all got a story to tell. I let injuries and a chronic disease take my body from being the Athlete of the Year in my high school to an unhealthy, out of shape, and sedentary mess of its former self. Here's what I'm doing to return to form, and reach my ultimate goal of being in the best shape of my life, even better than in the ol' "Glory Days"

- At 25, my high school athlete days were getting further and further in my past, and it showed in my physique. This is my commitment to getting in the best shape of my life...and continuing for as long as I live.
Ultimate Goals
- Get in the best shape of my life
- Stay fit & healthy for the rest of my life
- Reach single digit body fat
- Shred a 6-pack
- Be able to do side splits
- Touch palms flat to ground with legs straight
Milestone 1 (12/26/2007)
- Shock friends and relatives at Christmas with how well I look - MET
- Play and excel in Boxing Day hockey game - MET
- Increase overall strength and stamina - MET
- Reduce body fat to 21% (according to my scale) - MET
- Maintain (minimum) muscle mass, or increase - MET
Mission 2 Goals (03/24/2008)
- Squat - 300 lbs (no, increased 225>265)
- Deadlift - 365 lbs (no, increased 275>315)
- Press - 135 lbs (yes, increased 115>140)
- Bench - 225 lbs (no, didn't test)
- Push Ups - 110 (no, didn't test yet)
- Add 5 lbs of LEAN mass (yes)
- Stay BELOW 12.5% BF (yes, never above 10.5%)
